After a boom in seltzers, pre-mixed cocktails and various mixed drinks, RTDs are now hitting all-time highs for local drinkers.
But it's not all good news - alcohol consumption is down, with the proportion of Australians who drink alcohol dropping by 1.8 percentage points to 67.9 per cent in the 12 months to June 2022.

Wine is still our most popular alcoholic drink, followed by beer, with spirits a natural third. But you just can't keep RTDs down, up 3.2 percentage points.
