Sure, we’ve only just wrapped up vintage 2022 (some growers in Victoria and Tassie still have fruit on the vine!), but some sobering news reported by the ABC about just how much grapes have been left out this year.

According to this report, some 20,000 tonnes have been left on the vine from 2022, and given that exports aren’t likely to rebound enough to help empty some tanks, it looks like we’re going to see more grapes unwanted next year too.
